BLU7in1 is available in our standard packing of 50 Ltrs
Dosage to restrict ALGAE and SCALES deposition:
- Use BLU7in1 @ 100-250 ppm daily to the capacity of cooling tower’s water storage tank (i.e. 1-2.5 Ltrs of BLU7in1 sufficient for 10,000 litres of WATER.
- Along with dosage so mentioned above also add BLU7in1 @ 100 ppm to the quantity of fresh water added to the tank on daily basis as the Make-up water ( i.e. 1 Ltrs of BLU7in1to every 10,000 litres of WATER so added as make-up) The treated water is exclusive for industrial use only.

(GREEN ALGAE & SCALES PREVENTING COMPOUND)
“ALGAE” is natural evil to storage/circulation water in industries. Water required for cooling purpose in industries is circulated in condensers and other cooling systems. Water so exposed to sunlight and atmosphere undergoes Algae, Bacteria, Fung i growths (Bio- films) and other inorganic depositions. “Scales” are deposited/formed in regular operation of Cooling Tower or Heat Exchanger‘s pipelines and surfaces where heat exchange is taking place and water is getting evaporated, leaving behind dissolved & suspended inorganic salts of calcium and magnesium. These salts in due course of time becomes heavy scales which restricts the very basic function of cooling tower and heat exchanger i.e. heat transfer, which results in decrease in overall efficiency of system and increase in power consumption and operational time as well.
BLU7in1 is a single product with proven technology which helps all industries to get- rid of such unwanted microbiological (bio-film) developments like Algae, fungi, slimes etc as well as deposition of Calcium and Magnesium Carbonate scales in their Cooling Towers.
